 + 0 moreThe workers arrived the day they promised, worked diligently, did a quality job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Additionally, they were friendly and respectful. The job took a bit longer than expected, but that appeared to be secondary to delays from the building permit personnel, the plumber and the electrician - not James and his crew. Heartily recommend this contractor. You will not regret it!
Description of Work: Performance Shell totally coordinated the various components of a kitchen renovation. Tobi helped my mother plan the kitchen renovation, offered suggestions for tile stores and for how to keep the overall cost modest, secured building permits, etc. James and his crew demolished and removed the old cabinets, stripped the wallpaper, replaced the floor tile and backsplash, installed the cabinets, sink and faucet,, painted walls and much more. James coordinated the plumber, electrician, and countertop persons.

 + -1 morePerformance Shell built a 500+SF addition. Shell included all demo, concrete work, masonry walls, tie beams,slab, set my truss, deck, and fascia. All work done per code and city inspector commented that this contractor knows what he is doing, All inspections passed with no issues. James is very professional and hands on. I highly recommend this contractor to get your project out of the ground.

 + 2 moreEverything went great. Permitting process with the city took time with the reviews/inspections involved but the whole process moved along. Plans submitted once and passed on first review; so no waiting for plan resubmittal. Would hire again and have for various other projects.
Description of Work: Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. (Complete gutting to the 2 4's and concrete). Repairs of various structural issues with our house. Architectural work, planning, and complete handling of the permitting process.
