The workers arrived the day they promised, worked diligently, did a quality job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Additionally, they were friendly and respectful. The job took a bit longer than expected, but that appeared to be secondary to delays from the building permit personnel, the plumber and the electrician - not James and his crew.
Heartily recommend this contractor. You will not regret it!

Performance Shell built a 500+SF addition. Shell included all demo,
concrete work, masonry walls, tie beams,slab, set my truss, deck, and
fascia. All work done per code and city inspector commented that this
contractor knows what he is doing, All inspections passed with no
issues. James is very professional and hands on. I highly recommend this
contractor to get your project out of the ground.

Everything went great. Permitting process with the city took time with the reviews/inspections involved but the whole process moved along. Plans submitted once and passed on first review; so no waiting for plan resubmittal. Would hire again and have for various other projects.
