We called them, for an estimate, and they came over to the house the very next day to do the work. This is a very responsive and professional company. The technician showed up exactly when they said they would be there, they fixed the problem, and they charged us exactly what they quoted over the phone. We were thrilled at the amount of work they did for such a reasonable price. The technician definitely knew what he was doing. We will definitely call this company back next year to have this done before on a preventive basis now that we know it needs to be done more frequently to avoid condensation and debris build-up in pipes that cause leakage through the ceiling.
