We sincerely apologize that your experience with our team wasn't satisfactory as we strive to provide top quality services every time. After looking into this matter further, we were surprised to learn that our company did not service your property as your review stated, but we were contracted by several of your neighbors to perform maintenance on their lawns on 7/27. After following up with these customers after reading your review, we found they were all very pleased with our services. We are not sure whether you have us confused with another company or if not why you would state that you contracted us to service your lawn, which according to our records is not accurate. We would really like to speak to you directly in more detail to gain clarity on the matter in order to clear up any misunderstandings and resolve any further issues going forward as it is extremely important to us that all parties (clients & neighbors) are satisfied when our crew performs services in their area. We do value your feedback and have addressed your concerns regarding the blowing methods with our crew to ensure that they use the best practices possible as to not disrupt others in the area. In regards to the grass clippings not being bagged or hauled away at these properties- our team uses a commercial grade mulching mower which breaks up the grass into smaller clippings that decompose more quickly than leaf blades cut by conventional mowers and returns the clippings to the lawn as this provides important nutrients back to the grass and helps to reduce fertilizer needs. We then blow any grass clippings back from paved areas back into the lawn as this keeps them out of waterways and landfills. This is a recommended "Best Landscape Management Practice" as outlined by Broward County and is a common practice with many professional landscaping companies in the South Florida area.
