Mark had  unlicensed workers renovate my bathroom, which I was not made aware of until plumbing issues started in my shower after the job was almost completed. The shower kept making loud hammering noises every time I turned it on. As I had already paid Mark for the entire renovation,  it was very hard to get him to stop by to correct my shower issues. After several calls and threats he finally brought back his plumber, which I later learned was not licensed. Mark's plumber said that the issue was not plumbing related and yelled at me, saying the issue was not his fault. I really did fear this guy as he was always in a nasty mood throughout the whole renovation. Anyway, Mark took his side and left me with a bad plumbing job. I had to hire a licensed plumber (someone  whom I've known for 10 years to give me an unbiased opinion about the job) to fix the problem. He told me that the plumbing job was very badly done and would've never have passed an inspection.  I let Mark know, but he didn't really care as he never replied to my texts. As Mark refused to correct my plumbing issues it appears that he also does not honor any guarantees or warranties on his renovations. I would definitely never recommend him to anyone. Also, as he is not bonded, he does not have to legally, I guess, correct any bad work, so you would never be able to file a claim against him. I can see by his recent ratings that Mark is no longer providing the kind of service that he once used to do, so I would be aware of hiring him.

Mark was great to work with.  Dealing the the city of Pompano, and plan review was a long trying process but he patiently worked his way through the obstacles.  Mark was great about returning calls and keeping me informed throughout the process.  Highly recommend Nadeau Contractors.

Mark did a great job. He was highly professional, did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Overall a great performing contractor. We will use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him
