Warley and his crew are Amazing at their craft. We got a referral from a neighbor, who was overly thrilled with their work, and we couldn’t be any happier. Warley was very nice and professional, and gave us a better quote than the two other companies we had come out to quote the job. Once our Pavers came in from the manufacturer, the work was performed so quickly and professionally that our neighbors were complementing not only the job they did, but also the speed that they completed the job. 100% would recommend N Ricardo’s for your brick paving needs.

Nicardo Pavers in Pompano, Fl did the work. It Came out well (see attachedpics). I have received many nicecomments on the walkway. Some small pieces need to be fixed but NRICARDO said they would take care of those. I have beensick for 2 weeks so I have not contactedthem about the minor fixes but I trust themThe Price was very reasonable too and it took them only aday to knock out close to 500 sq feet of walkway and part of the day we sawsome rain. They also repaired anotherpart of my other walkway (that another contractor did 4 years ago) and didn’t chargeme for it which I thought was very nice Rumollo has been courteous and Jana (in the office) has been very helpful since day 1. They also applied some sealer to some leftover materials and also applied some sealer to a coupleof sample stones that are from my retaining wall. This gives me an idea of whatmy walkway and retaining wall will look like if I use their Sealer product and have themseal it. I would probably give them a B+ for a Final grade concerning qualityof work and a LETTER GRADE of an “A” with almost everything else. You may ask why nota Final Letter Grade of A for the work?It is rare that I give anyone an A. Ithas to be perfect from the beginning to the end and with some of the loosepieces I thought a B+ was appropriate. Those are my own standards so don’t let my B+ mislead you. I woulddefinitely hire them again especially because down here in FL you have to be carefull of contractors andwhen you find a good one you want to hold on to them for future work. Otherwiseyou are risking hiring a bad contractor and I have had enough of those

Came out time professional and finished on time

They did what we asked. OUr back patio has a shiny gloss finish with the sealer and it looks fabulous…our friends an family love it.

The initial pressure washing did not remove all the old sand, dirt and moss in some areas. The workers said it would be OK once re-sanded and sealed. The finished job had evidence of the debris still in the spaces and gaps between some of the bricks. I brought up the fact that ants will come back and dig out the sand but I was assured it would not be a factor.I brought this up with the person running their office that there may be a warranty issue down the road. There were several issues that I observed that was not professional:

2. Power cords were in poor condition; one had the grounding pin cut off.

Tool was left in the grass after the job.
Sealing equipment didn't work and took over an hour to clean and that was done on my grass.
Sealant was over-sprayed on garage doors, front doors and side of house.
Crew person recalculated the square footage and told the office my calculation was wrong with out talking to me. The next day I had to walk the person though the measurement process and we concluded my measurement was correct, even forgiving by about 50 sq.ft.
Pineapple plant knocked over and I had to relocate.
By June 2012 I was writing a letter/email about the deterioration of the pavers job. The office person called me, said they were backed up with work and it was also the rainy season and would schedule to come back soon. I never heard back. By January I wrote another email/letter and when I didn't hear back after a month (Feb 2013 now) I called Mr. Ricardo himself. He was not aware of any of my problems nor had he seen my letter and pictures that I had sent but would get his office person to reschedule an appointment. After not hearing back again (couple of weeks), I called the office again. The person told me she had called me last summer but there was no message or history of the call on my phone. In March 2013 I got a call that they would be there the next day.
The second visit the crew was very professional and accommodating. They started out repairing part of my driveway that had slumped down; this was over and above what was contracted. The drive way was pressure scrubbed then power washed. The crew was very friendly and tried to do the best job possible. The leader was communicating with me throughout the job. The second job came out very nice the only problem is that the poly sand they used has started to washout in several areas (this has been 3 weeks). I don't desire to have NRicardo's pavers back out and I don't have a beef with the washed out bricks. I bought some poly sand from Home Depot and I will patch the areas myself. I don't expect this type of driveway to be maintenance free so with the extra poly sand I can maintain the driveway in the future.
Over the years I have always been a and quot;do it yourself personand quot;; this event has reminded me why. I had to basically manage (oversee) all the work. I do this for a living (maintenance management) and not something I need to do when I contract work. Unfortuanly this is very common today and probably a big enabler for a site like Angi's List to survive.

they did a great job, showed up when they said they would and finished when they said. I would use them again for sure. Nilson the owner is very neat and organized. Driveway looks amazing!

I received excellent service. The time frame for my project required an almost immediate turn-around. I wanted to suprise my husband so I needed the work done prior to his return from a trip. I got exactly that. The project was completed the very next day! The quality of the work was excellent, as well as the price. The wall looks great and the height is perfect. In addition, the small cement barrier solved the additional problem of sand washing onto the walkway. Great job!

They were very thorough. They were available to do the job quickly. The day before that I was scheduled to have the pavers put in; they called me and told me they weren't able to reach on time, so we had to postpone it a day. Three guys came out, they started around 9:30 and they were out by 2:30 or 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Overall they were very fast and did the job very efficiently. They worked very well and I really have no complaints.

They arrived as scheduled and did a good job. The job was completed in 2 days.

They are very attentive, very quick and do an excellent job. The owner comes and checks several times and they stand behind their work.

I am very pleased with their service, 5 stars or A+?
