The owner was not empathetic to our situation. No communication- I had to track him down. He complained about the other 149 clients he has with downed trees- well I hire them for yard work not tree work and the other clients are not my problem. They should have showed up as scheduled and at least shown interest in getting us back on our feet. All the other homes on our street were serviced over the last two days. I do not recommend them
