Mr Fix It

He showed up on time for estimate, and gave me some valuable suggestions.(suggestions were very helpful and attractive). Performed the work in just a little bit over time estimate, but that was because company stopped making a particular material. Had to change the original plan which encompassed more work on their part, but work was done for the same price.
There were two people working, and they were courteous, and helpful, the job was done very well, and I love my new ceiling.
I would definetly hire them for another project. Keeping them on speed dial

Mr Fix It spent only a half hour and said there was a leak based on what my tenant told him which made it expensive. He is unreliable and when I told him to hold the check because my purse was snatched and the checks weren't clear he tried to put a lien on my house. He was not professional at all.

Joe came over exactly when he said he would. The nut on the bathroom sink drain had cracked and the "p" trap was leaking. He had another appointment and needed to get the right size nut, so he said he be back the next day. It was no big deal since we have 2 sinks in the bathroom.
He showed up as promised with the nut and installed it. I asked him how much I owed him and he would not take any payment. He said he didn't do much and it was a simple, easy thing.
We're planning to do some updates and renovations soon and will, without a doubt be calling him.

Excellent result. Very nice and professional. Came in right on time on the same day I called. Took about three hours to finish the job - he even swept the floor to clean up after the work.I would highly recommend him.

He was here for three days. He did what he said he was going to do. We had to have him finish the work earlier so he stayed late and finished the work. I would recommend him for anybody who wants handyman work done. He has all around experience and he is very professional in what he does. He is amazing. He is a man of his words.
