I can't recommend Mold Specialists enough. They are thorough, CLEAN, have hard working and pleasant workers, are good with the details and did a fantastic job. I'm pretty particular, and they exceeded my expectations. They were responsive and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. They know their stuff, and they will do a great job in your home. Well done!

The service was excellent and the work was impressive!!! They are professional, polite, knowledgeable, diligent and neat! And they did it all in one day!
Our air conditioner (in the attic) had a leak and some pan (sorry, I don't know anything about air conditioning equipment) spilled over. The pan was right above our walk-in closet and all the water went right through the walls and onto our clothes, the lighting fixture and our wood floor. We cleaned it up and my husband painted the water marked on the ceiling and walls with 'Killsand quot;(some product to avoid mold). Anyway, he did this 4 times but the water marks just kept coming through. The mold smell in the closet grew stronger every day.
We called Mold Specialists and spoke with Linda (lovely and helpful) and made an appointment. They came the same day for a consultation and the following day we received our quote. It was a hefty price but it was a hefty job!
First they took down part of our walk-in closet shelves and then replaced the ceiling drywall (no easy task) and painted some protective material in the attic to kill the mold. The most impressive part was how efficient and organized they were. I thought we were going to have dust up to our eyeballs but no, they covered everything and used their huge HEPA filter machine and no one outside that closet would know there was any repair being done. They laid a roll of protective paper on the floor, took parts of our closet shelves outside and cleaned any existing mold (I couldn't believe how quickly the mold had grown on the wet parts of the shelves). Then they put a protective layer of a special paint to keep mold from coming back. Once they finished the job, they re-mounted our closet shelves, picked up and left us the HEPA filter for a few days to make sure to pick up any dust particles in the air.

I cannot say enough good things about Mold Specialists. They are led by a superb guy, Luis Rivera, leading a team of his own staff and excellent subcontractors. He started with the mold testing and remediation and then put everything back together. In the case of the kitchen, I had to replace all the cabinets. Their work was exceptional and everything was done when they said it would be. The team was punctual and extremely professional. They treated me as if I were their only client and they respected my condo as if it were their own. They are the BEST! Note, I gave them a B on price because their subs were a bit pricey. But you generally get what you pay for and ultimately, I thought their prices were reasonable.
