+ -1 moreMike and his son were great and worked well together with his recommended contractor, and with the AC people (Coastal Comfort)l. Everything was done on time, cleaned up neatly and permit approved the first time. Excellent work. I would highly recommend Mike.
Description of Work: Mike completely replaced a 40 yr old drop ceiling with an updated 2X2 drop ceiling in my HOA clubhouse. New ceiling grid, tiles and insulation were replaced, as well as building a new draft stop. .
