The worst! Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.Plenty other mattress stores around. Even if you spend a few hours in the store trying out mattresses by laying on it in all positions, like I did, you can't for sure tell how it's going to work out after actually sleeping on it a few nights. I was very clear in asking if it's returnable if I'm not satisfied, to which I was told yes. Not true at all. No returns. Exchanges only. And if you have a bad back and they only have a limited choice of firm mattresses, you're out of luck. The owner is beyond rude. I will not ever refer anyone to this store. I read their BBB review, wonder how many other people didn't file complaints. I will for sure. Make sure you get everything you're told in writing before you pay/leave the store. Wish I did. I'm still stuck with sub par mattresses.
