Master Cut

They are horrible. No edging was done. Lousy job.

Reliably came to cut the lawn.
Garden service was minimal, an occasional trim and rake. Never delivered on the promise to mulch and consistently weed. The lawn is very weedy as well.

I have called, they came  and visited, made lots of promises but didn't deliver. I called again, never got a return call. I guess one residential client isn't important enough to make happy.

We started using Master Cut for our lawn maintenance in October and they've been great. The owner, Izzy, came to the house for an initial visit and we discussed what services his company would provide. Being new home owners, we had a lot of questions, Izzy took the time to answer all of our questions, fix a couple of irrigation sprinkler heads that were leaking, and explain how our system's timer worked. His maintenance crew has done a wonderful job on our lawn and with trimming the trees and bushes. We've got the best edged lawn on the street! This company is professional and responsive. They have daily office hours from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, so you can always reach someone by phone. I highly recommend Master Cuts!

I really like Izzie and his crew. They are always very professional and responsive to our needs. $100 a month is a little more than some others that quoted the job, but Master's includes all the palm trimming and comes out every week. For my husbands bday I called the office 2 days before for advice on a potted palm for our patio. Izzie came out the next morning to talk to me in person. He gave me advice to do it myself, but then offered a quote to provide it. The next day he and the guys delivered a great palm, huge pot, accent plants, dirt and rock for less than what I could have bought it for, not even considering the delivery and setup of doing the work myself. The crew that comes out is very efficient and professional. I often work from home and so have seen them work. They get the job done and are also pleasant to have around. Hopefully this fall we'll be working with them on some new plantings.

They are a very good company. They are very reliable and they cut my grass three times a month. When we had Hurricane Wilma a few years ago he came right out to clean up my property and pick up the debris from the hurricane and he did not charge me for this extra work, he was just showing his appreciation of me being a loyal customer. He responds when I call him with concerns or to let him know things need attention.
