He was great he listened to us in Pennsylvania about my mother in laws apartment flooding. He gave us a professional estimate. I wouldn't say he was the cheapest but very reasonable. He was also so gracious, professional and very knowledgable.

They were great, but we've not been able to use them. They were on time and very professional in terms of getting us an estimate. I called them because they were on Angie's List. If I had the money I would probably hire them to do the bathrooms.

About half of the house had an exposed-beam ceiling, which looked nice but didn't provide adequate insulation. Marstan installed R19 insulation over about 900 sq feet, along with recessed lighting (that we purchased) over about half that area, and covered it all with drywall. This involved removing and re-installing a few fixtures (lights and ceiling fans). The entire process took about 10 days, which met expectations. The only hitch came when the initial coat of paint on the ceiling didn't take very well, and bubbled in a couple of spots. Marstan sanded it down and had one of their subcontractors re-paint the entire ceiling without any argument or additional cost. The only unexpected cost came from the electrical subcontractor, and that was relatively modest. Otherwise the cost of the entire job was in line with the original estimate. Overall I was pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism. David and his son, Michael, were very responsive to any question or small request I had. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again myself.

Marstan was a pleasure from start to end. He knew what he was doing. The men were clean respectful on time. They helped me get the most from my ins. company. I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. Plus he has been around for 30 some years
