Brought in new vehicle due to trouble starting, they claimed it was an electrical issue that was under a recall. Took them 3 hours and during that time no service rep came to explainto me what was going on. Then when the work was complete the service rep tells me that the paperwork is going to take a long time (which I didn't have) so I left with no paperwork on what was done. Would not go back to again.

Our car was leaking coolant, which we had looked at by two different garages. Both times we thought the issue was fixed. We brought the vehicle to Ford to have a look at it, as they were the first garage we went to for a solution. The first time, they fixed the water pump which they thought was the cause of the problem. After a few weeks, the problem resurfaced. When we brought it back again, they took a lot of time to look into the issue and troubleshoot it. The also made sure not to put forward the most expensive and easiest solution as we had been stung by a lot of high bills the previous months (not car related). The customer service rep (Rick) was great in working thru a solution with the mechanic. This solution saved us a few hundred dollars. They were very responsive to our situation, and would go there again.
