To start they brought in a piece of granite which was damaged and the granite was unpolished. This was factory inadequcies. I had a horrible installer. He left early to go to another job. He left many things incomplete. He damaged my soap dispenser by making the hole to large. The replaced with the cheapest hard where possible which eventually came loose. My last phone call which was the forth was that the granite had not been adhered to my counter top. Mrs. Perpetuo called me a very difficult person and said I should have checked for all these things before the installer left. She refused to come back and attached the granite to my counter top. Mr. and Mrs. Perpetuo do not guarantee their work if they made the mistake. It cost me $300 to purchase the attachment for the dishwasher to hold to my counter top. They fixed my soap dispenser with beautiful hardware. And finally the granite had to be installed. They refused to pay me the $300 because it was all my fault.
