OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS A GOOD ONE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND MAKARENA CLEANING SERVICE TO OUR FRIENDS.

They get an F from me because they are THIEVES. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They stole multiple pieces of jewelry from me including diamond stud earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet and multiple necklaces. My 10 year old daughter also had her wallet emptied on TWO separate occasions. Ive had cleaning people for over 15 years and have never had even a nickel taken from me so I never even thought they were stealing. But then last week I noticed a couple of my necklaces were missing. Then I started going through my drawers where the bracelet and earrings were and they were gone as well. I texted Makarena to come to my house immediately  and I confronted her in person. She offered to "help"me look for my missing jewelry and POOF! a miracle, 3 of my necklaces appeared! Two in my main closet on a shelf behind some books and the third in my second closet on a shelf on a pile of magazines and my kid's school papers. These were pieces I hadn't worn since I moved in the house so I KNOW it was them. To make a longer story short, I called the BSO (Parkland) and filed a police report. If you would like more details, I would GLADLY give them to you- [email protected] DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest and untrustworthy and will steal from you. Call the Parkland police department to speak to the responding officers and you will hear the same. Oh, and Makarena's husband was in possession of and driving around with a suspended license that was confiscated by the cops. Losers.

MAKARENA CLEANING SERVICE HAS BEEN DOING HOUSE CLEANING FOR US SINCE SEPTMBER 1, 2011. THEY ARE ON TIME AND COMPLETE THEIR WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE ARE MOST SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE A FRIENDLY GROUP.

Ruined outside of an appliance on first visit and did not tell us. We gave them another chance, and they messed up two more things, though they were only minor inconveniences. The next time we mentioned the previous incidents and asked them to be more careful. On that visit they broke something that belonged to my grandmother and is very dear to me, and they didn't tell us again. We have moved on to another company and are not pursuing any restitution from them, but strongly advise against using this company.

They are very thorough and detail-oriented. They are personable and trustworthy.

Makerna and her husband are an excellent team. Floors Furniture Carpet etc all rooms, kitchen bathroom. Very professional and personable. Extremely careful. We use them repeatedly and we will not use anyone else.

The owner and team are incredibly good. And an excellent price. They dust..essentially do everything to make a house perfect. They even do things you don't expect like laundry and such.

Makenera shows up on time and does a great job. I have had other cleaning agencies and have never been satisfied. Makerna and her crew are doing an excellent job and I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

They are very thorough. They are wonderful. I am one hundred percent satisfied. They are very honest and trustworthy. I have left checks in my pocket and they always return it. I always give them a tip because the price is so low.
