I called & brought my truck in & they immediately popped the hood & turned out I only needed fluid. I was told no charge & if the light does come on again to bring her back. That is an honest mechanic who appreciates future business & has mine.

They diagnosed and repaired the problem for approximately $150.

Went great as always. Tom, Chuck and Haddie are the best. Steve did a great job on my exhaust and has been doing so since I could drive. There is no other shop I would rather go to than Mad Hatter.

They looked and informed us, it was only a part and the total was over $200 less

This is by far the best auto service center around in terms of price, and professionalism.  They are not into upselling you on things that you do not need like most other auto shops.  I have also had my radiator replaced at this shop in the past and other issues with my Tahoe addressed.  They were nice enough to throw in a metal high quality radiator cap when I complained about the cheap plastic one that came with the new radiator. I also had run flats put on my other car at Madhatters that saved me a LOT of money compared to the dealer's price!  The mechanic turn around is very low, which is also rare in the auto repair industry from what I have seen.  The same guy has worked on my car each time which is reassuring. I only wish they had Saturday hours, but I guess everyone needs a break from a hard work week!  Congrats to All at Madhatters, keep up the good work...!!

They don't do any work that isn't needed. They don't push things on you or tell you you need staff that you really don't.

This company is not only a family business ( I like to do business with family owned companies), but so truly HONEST!!! and in this economy, it is a blessing to have a company like Mad Hatter that can take care of all my automotive needs. I was actually referred by 3 different neighbors.
Brought it in they called letting me know it was the rotors needed to be resurfaced and rear brakes adjusted.
They made the repair and the price was very resonable. I would definately go there again. I really appreaciate that they are trustworthy.

I have never had a mechanic that I trusted more. Always professional. Will show me what is wrong. Will tell me if something does not need repaired yet. I feel they charge fair prices. I've been using them for a couple of years and highly recommend them to anyone I know.
