Very well. Quality was good and the installer was prompt and very professional

Very slow on contractor piece. No coordination of the subs so many days pass with no work being done

I was very pleased with them. They contacted me right away and the installation was very efficient.

The salesman, Chris Merchant, was excellent. He explained the difference in the characteristics of the types of carpets I was looking at. I didn't feel pressure to buy or to purchase a more expensive carpet. He told me that month Lowe's was offering free installation on their carpeting, That was at the end of Sept. With a small deposit I was allowed to take a sample board home after he first helped me to narrow down my choices based on a paint sample I brought. When I placed my order he introduced me to the Lowe's staff who work with their installation service. I got a call the same day and set up an appt. to have the bedroom measured the next day. They came at the time promised and quickly finished. When the carpet arrived at their warehouse I got a call and when I requested that the carpeting be held in the warehouse as our remodeling project was running behind, they assured me that they could hold it as long as we needed at no charge. The day I called to schedule installation they gave me an instalation date. They arrived as scheduled, moved the furniture out, tacked the carpeting strip down and installed the carpet. It looks beautiful and we are very satisfied. We would recommend Lowe's to anyone who asked. And this is the store I usually shop at althugh there are several other Home Depot stores that are closer.

It went just great. They guy was here for about 4 or 5 hours and it was a perfect job.

It went great. They called before they installed the blinds and the installer was helpful and he knew what he was doing. One of the blind wasn't right but they took care of it. They sent it back and he installed it right away.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME WAS GOOD. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR YET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE REALLY NICE TO ME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I LOVE THE WORKERS THAT THEY SENT OUT TO US. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ARE SO PROFESSIONAL.

I LIKE USING BIG COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY COME BACK AND FIX THINGS THAT ARE NOT DONE CORRECTLY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM IS THAT THEY KEEP CHANGING THE SCHEDULED TIME. OTHERWISE, I LIKE THIS COMPANY.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY DID NOT DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND REDO A FEW THINGS THAT I DID NOT APPROVE OF THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY WERE HERE.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF COLORS AND CARPETS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THEM. THE MEN WHO WORKED ON THEM WASTED A LOT OF TIME. THEY WERE ALWAYS LEAVING THE JOB. THEY DID NOT EVEN FINISH ON TIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB ON OUR FLOORS. WHEN YOU WALK INTO OUR HOUSE IT IS THE FIRST THING THAT YOU NOTICE. IT BASICALLY GIVES OUR HOUSE A WHOLE NEW LOOK.

THEY WERE NOT ANY BETTER NOR WERE THEY ANY WORSE THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY PUT THE CARPETS IN QUICKLY. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM.

THEY WERE NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL. THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE NOT VERY NICE PEOPLE AND WERE VERY RUDE. I WOULD NOT HAVE THEM BACK TO MY PLACE EVER AGAIN.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY TO BE AROUND. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR JOB. THEY WERE EFFICIENT WORKERS WITH A DEDICATION TO QUALITY. THE WORK WAS FINISHED SOONER THAN THEY QUOTED.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY NICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND THEIR SERVICES. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THERE ARE A LOT OF PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY INSTALLED 14 WINDOWS ALL OF WHICH ARE STILL MISSING HARDWARE, MOLDING AND THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS ARE VERY POOR. THEY WERE MESSY AND I SPENT MORE MONEY REPAIRING THEIR DAMAGE.

I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE CARPETING THAT LOWE'S INSTALLED IN MY HOME. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE PERFECTLY. THE SALES PEOPLE AT LOWE'S WERE A GREAT HELP WHEN IT CAME TO MAKING THE DECISIONS ABOUT WHAT KIND OF CARPET WAS BEST FOR MY HOME.

I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE BY LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT. THEY LEFT SOME RUFF EDGES ALONG THE EDGE OF PATIO DOOR. CARPETING WAS NOT TUCKED UNDER ANYTHING TO HOLD IT DOWN. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

I DIDN'T GET THE RIGHT CARPET, THE WORKMEN WERE TO COME EARLY, BUT DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL 11AM THEN LEFT AT NOON, I HAD TO CALL LOWES A COUPLE TIMES, BUT THEY STILL DIDN'T COME BACK UNTIL 6PM, THEN THEY REFUSED TO MOVE THE FURNITURE BACK INTO THE HOUSE.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF LOWE'S PRODUCT. THEY ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY AND THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAD VERY FRIENDLY WORKERS. THEY STAYED FOCUSED ON THEIR JOB. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE ON TIME.

I HAD 2 WINDOWS DAMAGED BY THE HURRICANES AND THE GLASS WAS BROKEN. I COULD NOT JUST HAVE THE GLASS REPLACED, BECAUSE THE FRAMES WERE WARPED. I HOPE THAT THE NEW WINDOWS ARE WORTH THE PRICE.

MY CABINETS LOOK WONDERFUL AND THE INSTALLER WAS FANTASTIC! THE ONLY BIT OF TROUBLE WE HAD WAS THE WRONG CABINETS WERE ORDERED. THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY BUT IT STILL TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE RIGHT CABINETS IN.
