To date, I have paid Mr. Locatelli over $15,000.00 for services never rendered. Surveys were completed for an incorrect property and when I pointed that out to him, he disappeared with my money and ignored all attempts for a proper resolution. The last communication from Mr. Locatelli stated that he was “sick” and had not “figured out” the total amount he owed me for never completing any of the task needed. Since then, I have tirelessly to reach an amicable resolution to this matter but Peter has made it clear that he’s okay with keeping hard money he didn’t earn. Please use this review as a warning about the true price of doing business with this person. In this day age and economy the dollar means more than ever and with that I encourage you not to do business with this company!

Provided a professional set of drawings and a proposal to remodel each bathroom. The plans took a little bit longer than promised but were very professional. We put off the work due to other priorities but will definately consider them again when we decide to proceed.

It went ok. This right before the hurricane, so somethings that I asked for in one of the bathrooms was not included in the drawing. But the guy who came out was professional and nice.

I thought they were the greatest. They gave me an estimate on how long the job would take and they completed a week before the set date on the estimate. All their work was superb. They were clean and on-time. They also redid the plumbing and electrical. I got new cabinets as well. Everything was just great.

They did a very good job. I was very pleased. They were very prompt. They use very good quality material. Never was there a day that they didn't come and work on it. The scheduling department was on top it and would call me with anything I needed to know. Who was coming, when they were coming, and what was next. I would definitely recommend them. I am very happy with the results.

It went extremely well. We found they were very professional, for scheduling they let us know who was coming out and what was going to be done. They cleaned us extremely well. The communication was excellent. They cabinets were exceptional, and also out in granite for the island and cabinets

The scheduling department kept us informed daily proformance of what we could expect and who was going to be at our house..We found the communication them to be excellent. The workmenship was superb. The quality of the kitchen cabinets excellent...Worth every penny spent.

Excelent!!!! Always on time and knew what to do to fix my home from sagging. I had foundation problems that needed repair. I had called other contractors and he was the only one to figure out the problem and fix it with the best and least expensive solution. We are very happy!!!

There were a few delays due to weather and product delays but, overall everything went very well. Paul Locatelli is a very on hands contractor. He is very professional and has a lot of integrity. I will refer him to friends and family and will use him again for additional future projects.
