Laura went above and beyond her responsibilities as a Real Estate Broker. My mother's condo needed work to make it marketable, such as painting, new appliances and cleaning. The condo was vacant and Laura made herself available to schedule and meet the painter at the condo so that it could be painted, she met the delivery people from Best Buy to have the appliances delivered and installed. Laura also met the cleaners at the condo so that it could be cleaned. Laura was always available and returned calls to me in a timely manner all of the way through the sale. You cannot go wrong with a person of this integrity and professionalism. You will be elated at the results.

It was hard situation since I was not living in Florida. I selected her based on her outstanding reviews and she did not disappoint. She is very knowledgable and professional and this came across from the first conversation we had on the phone. AMAZING! Laura was paramount in us selling our home quickly. She came in, gave us clear and concise direction on what we needed to do in order to stage our home properly, and then brought in an exceptionally talented photographer to capture that "great home" essence to translate her work onto the screen. Immediately upon listing, we began to receive 3-5 showings a day and within a few weeks found a qualified buyer! I’ve have the experience of working with both good and not so good agents, believe me it makes a big difference! We went over the neighborhood Comparables and set a solid price. We renovated for very reasonable costs, right on target with what she said (again, very rare). In fact I had to leave town weeks before finishing renovation so She finished it in my absence! She also staged it for showing (no extra expense). First day we listed property, we had two full asking price offers! 45days later the property closed without a hitch. Actually, afterward, I found out there were a couple of glitches, but she choose to handle it and not worry me about it. Unbelievable! I’m grateful I found her and I wouldn’t use anyone else in South Florida and I do not hesitate to recommend her. Another note :-) I left Laura with Checks and Cash funds so that in my absence she could pay the vendors when they finished (various remodeling contractors) and that also went very smoothly. Our home purchase process via Laura was the best we'd ever experienced. As we were new to the area, she provided us with a thorough education on Florida construction and the Florida Marketplace. Laura is without question the most professional real estate agent I've ever worked with or met. She cares about her business and her clients. WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! LAURA SANDERS WAS REFERRED TO US AS A LEADING REALTOR IN OUR AREA. We knew there was a small amount of work to do to the house to prepare for a sale after 10 years. We received many great suggestions and referrals from Laura. After 30 days of painting, etc., it took a whole 8 days to sell our home to a cash buyer ready to close. We had about 15 inches of rain within a 4 day period which contributed to the 8 days to sell and 3 weeks to close. Since our previous experience with realtors has not been very pleasant, we were dreading placing our home of 26 years on the market. Then my husband and I interviewed and chose Laura Saunders and everything changed. We can’t say enough good things about Laura and our experience with her. She is knowledgeable, professional and above all, a good listener. These are all qualities you want in a realtor but seldom find. She did her homework regarding the market and the value of our home and suggested a price we all felt good about. Then, she made suggestions regarding how to stage our home and had a professional photographer take interior shots and exterior shots from a drone. She developed an attractive brochure and postcard which was mailed to the surrounding community residents. Again, she did all the right things. We received an offer in two days at our full asking price. I can’t think of a better testimony to recommend Laura. Laura started the process by providing information on homes for sale and homes that had recently sold in the same neighborhood as mine.  She created a book that had pricing and valuable information on the area so she could put a value on my home and keep it in the range of recent sales.  She recommended various upgrades that would make the house more desirable and bring more buyers to view it.  She held an open house, took pictures and created a website for prospective buyers to see. 

Since I was downsizing and wanted to live in a senior community, Laura took me to see available homes in the area I was interested in.  She scanned all the available homes, provided me with websites and then we looked at the ones I thought would suit my needs. When I found the one I thought was perfect for me, she negotiated the price and the repair work that needed to be done.  She made all the arrangements for the inspection, my meetings with the condo board and the management company.  Laura made both my buying and selling as pleasant as could possibly be.  She is my "GO TO" girls for any and all Real Estate transactions I may have in the future.  I would recommend her to anyone who needs a fabulous realtor.
