extremely slow, messy work, left garbage on site, rude carpenters. took 5 months to correct mistakes. on re-order of material they choose to skip the 'rush' order (at an addt'l expense of 15%) and made ME wait to correct their mistakes. difficult to work with, they mismeasured, paid NO attention to the details of the job. Took multiple emails to VP and owner of company to get resolution.
cabinets should have been installed and completed punch list wiithin a 2 week period. ridiculously long and painful working relationship. do not work w/ the 'remodeling' side of KA . I hear the 'new kitchens' side is much better.
they subcontract all installers. so they save $$$ on insurance, taxes and health. What you get is typical slightly competent 'carpenters'. I equate it to calling comcast and getting lucky/unlucky on your draw of straws.
