Mr. Roeder was punctual and very polite from the start. A piano technician had previously tuned my new Estonia grand piano but spent a scant 1 hour and was out the door. Mr. Roeder came 7 weeks later, which was today, as I was skeptical about the quality of the previous tuning. He spent 2.5+ hours tuning my piano the right way as well as cleaning the soundboard, plate, and strings which the previous provider failed to do. Mr. Roeder explained what he had done and gave me ample opportunity for any questions. In summary, I do not think a better piano technician can be found in this area (Broward County Florida). I will certainly use his services again and again and highly recommend him to anyone who wants excellence in all services expected of a piano technician.

Karl spent a long time tuning my piano because it was so out of tune. He did well. His price was a little high, but I will definitely use him again. I can tell he knows what he's doing.
