 + -1 moreMr. Roeder was punctual and very polite from the start. A piano technician had previously tuned my new Estonia grand piano but spent a scant 1 hour and was out the door. Mr. Roeder came 7 weeks later, which was today, as I was skeptical about the quality of the previous tuning. He spent 2.5+ hours tuning my piano the right way as well as cleaning the soundboard, plate, and strings which the previous provider failed to do. Mr. Roeder explained what he had done and gave me ample opportunity for any questions. In summary, I do not think a better piano technician can be found in this area (Broward County Florida). I will certainly use his services again and again and highly recommend him to anyone who wants excellence in all services expected of a piano technician.

Description of Work: A friend of mind recommended Karl Roeder to tune my Bosendorfer Grand Piano. Karl was punctual, friendly, cleaned everything (including the pencil he found inside the piano) and left everything in great shape. Karl also shared tips with me regarding caring for the finish on my piano and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Karl Roeder again with I need another piano tuning.
