Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The boxes was used. only three boxes was label. I paid for what I though was new boxes and only got three. Nothing was label for the right house. John the owner stated this is how we do things.They pack my bananas. I fought them a week. The crew was good/professional but, nothing organize for packing. Sharon and John were unprofessional. I will never used them again. I wouldn't recommend them.

They gave a time they would arrive at his apt. They got there a little earlier then they said which was fine. They picked up the apt furniture etc. gave a few day range they would arrive in Florida. 2 days before we got a call and were given a day and approx time. Spoke to the movers 3 more times as they got closer to Boca where the storage unit was. The day before gave us a time with a 3 hour window. The day of delivery they called and said they were 2 hours away. Arrived the first hour of the 3 hour window, unloaded everything neatly with out any damage, also, the storage unit was a little smaller then what we should have rented, but they worked with it and got everything in without any problems. The price was exactly as quoted, and not a penny more. Would definitely use them again!

They were excellent.  They ended up not charging me anything because they couldn’t do the job.  They came out and they said they could do it but then they couldn’t do it.  They did the best they could; it wasn’t his fault.  He was optimistic.  I’ll give him an A for effort.

They came the day before we moved, 2 gentleman, and packed everything up. They were really quick. The next day 2 other guys came and packed up the truck for us and 2 days later they were in Greenville with all of our belongings. They unpacked some things for us, they even unpacked my clothes and put them in the closet. They did a fantastic job, everything arrived safely.
