Appliance Repair

On Feb 6 he told me that he needed a $600 deposit to get the part from over seas. On April 13 he told me that they don't make the part I need, but he could still fix my stove. On April 17 I called his office and was told that he would get back with me in two days. After a week, I still had not heard anything. On June 14 I finally got ahold of him using someone else's cell phone. He told me that he would refund my money. I still don't have my money back and I haven't heard anything. I've been calling him everyday since then. On top of all this, he didn't even fix my stove. I had to have someone else do it, and they charged me less than half the price.
