I ordered custom drapes for my living and bedroom from JC Penney. Annie the designer was patient. She listened to me and answered all my questions. She explained pricing and the different materials. I was not rushed to make any decision. She placed the ordered and the drapes arrived a head of schedule. The installer was great. He arrived on time. Left no mess and was courteous. I was surprised. The quality of the drapes matches anything from a high end design shop.

A LADY CAME TO MY HOME AND MEASURED. SHE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND SHE ALSO BROUGHT FABRIC SAMPLES. WE SELECTED THE ONE THAT WORKED THE BEST. THE RESULTS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND I FEEL THAT THE COST WAS VERY LOW.
