Went to JC Floors Home Improvement and met with Juan. He reviewed several different flooring options with us; we were looking for a gray engineered hardwood, and we understood the options and differences between using wood vs engineered vs tile vs bamboo. They stopped selling bamboo due to the softness. The store was clean, well kept, and well lit. Salesperson (Juan) was very helpful and worked with us to select the proper EHW for our project. They worked well with our installer (Face of Wood) to coordinate the purchase and pick-up. Everything went well.
