This is a very professional company. All the subcontractors that work with James DeSantis Ent Inc. are very professional and experts in their fields. He does not work with subpar contractors. His showroom is a wonderful place to start your remodel. Jim and Julio were very easy to work with and offered suggestions for all our needs. There are many sample cabinets to physically look at as well as many books, color tiles, cabinet door finishes and plumbing samples from which to pick.
Once we picked out our cabinets and fixtures, and ready to start our work, the job was managed by Johnny. He is amazing as they were working on more than 7 remodels in our building at the same time. He kept everything running and was always at the other end of my phone inquires with the answers I needed.
Absolutely everything in our kitchen and baths were removed down to the bare concrete. This was so important as our 1970's condo needed to have everything brought to code. James DeSantis Ent Inc. does this and works closely and well with the city inspectors at each stage of the job. When the job was completed, our kitchen and baths looked like they were from a new home.
We, as homeowners always want everything done fast. We can have it done fast, or we can have it done right. If quality and workmanship are what you are looking for, hire James DeSantis Ent Inc.. Be prepared to have things move a little slower than you want. However, when all is completed you will be a very happy homeowner.
