Jack's Shoe Repair

I had 2 old pairs of shoes (that I cannot buy anymore). I have worn through the soles and heels broke on both. Jack put new HALF soles and heel on 2 pairs of shoes. Did a great job. Not cheap at $50/pair - but worth it for nice shoes.

I have been to Jack's several times now and have always been pleased with his service, his work and his extremely fair rates. I have taken in over half a dozen pairs of shoes to have the heels lowered, straps shortened or shoes re-heeled. During every visit, Jack has spent time explaining to what extent the shoe can be altered and how the alteration may affect the rest of the shoe (for example, you can only lower high heels so much, otherwise it affects the shape of the shoe bed). My most recent experience was with a new pair of shoes with a beaded vamp/strap which was too wide. Jack explained the types of alterations possible, and also explained how a regular alteration could damage the intricate beadwork. he suggested that I leave the shoes for him to look over. When I returned a few days later he had come up with an ingenious solution which made the vamp fit snugly and comfortably, without damaging the beadwork. I will most definitely continue to use Jack for all of my shoe repair needs.
By the way, Jack's wife Pepie does clothes alterations on the premises. We have not yet used her services, however, by the dresses and suits hanging up, we could tell that she does high-end alterations, and based on the professionalism and workmanship from Jack's work, we will be using Pepie for our upcoming clothes alterations.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable about shoe repair. He took a baby pair of shoes and made it better for my wife because she has small feet. He did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Jack's Shoe Repair. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I think I spent less than $20. They have excellent shoe repair at an excellent price. Their service is just excellent. They did a great repair on a dog's shoe and you can't even tell. The quality of work is superior and their professionalism too. I was just totally pleased with everything about them. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
