Innovative Roofing

Innovative Roofing did a complete roof replacement of both our tile and patio roofs. They have been our roofing repair/replacement company since they opened their doors. Their customer service is second to none. When any home has a roof issue, we call Brett at Innovative and know the roof will be expertly repaired in record time. We have never been disappointed.

I couldn't be happier with Anthony and his team. We had previously used Innovative for a re-roof on an old house and that exceeding our expectations, the biggest thing that stood out to me versus a lot of other companies in SoFla was how they respected my property and cleaned up when the job was finished. You couldn't even tell we had workers trucking through our yard when it was all finished. Anthony recommended a beautiful tile which we couldn't have been happier with, he will literally walk you through the entire process. It was night and day when finished and they were the best quote we received at the time... Now when we moved into our new house and got hit with all these storms we realized there was a leak over the garage . Anthony sent guys out who diagnosed the issue immediately. They fixed the leak right away, another great experience, zero complaints. Anthony explained everything to me and my wife (who asks a million questions), why it happened and how they would fix it and even what they did to prevent it from occurring again, really put our mind at ease, well worth the money. They even noticed I was missing some screens on my vents and replaced those as a courtesy to prevent wildlife from entering. One of the most genuine companies I've dealt with. I've recommended them numerous times with complete confidence for new roofs and repairs, and will continue to do so.

Brett was very punctual and courteous and I was pleased with the cost.  He promised the work would be done in 1 week but later stated the damage/work was more than first expected and stated the roof needed to cure for several days.   I was leaving to go on vacation, so the roof tiles were not installed until 3 weeks later.  I wished the tiles had been installed before I left for vacation, however, I am pleased with the completion of the job and so far, the roof has not leak.  I have already passed Brett's name & number who is experiencing the same type of roof leak.
