Cabinet Making
The cabinetry is beautiful and fits perfectly. The only issue involved the installation when the installer explained that instead of having two pieces between the cabinetry and the wall with a noticeable seam, he ordered a single overlay. I said fine, but later I received a call from the company with an additional charge. I felt that was nickeling and diming on such an expensive piece.

Extremely disappointed. Issued credit for good will on final balance due (so I will give them that), but I would rather have paid full amount and received expected service.

This is our third time purchasing silestone countertops. We are big fans of the product.

Arlene is great! She had wonderful design ideas, feedback and gave us a great price. She also suggested things we could do ourselves to save money, like taking the old cabinets out ourselves which was very easy. We got the Kraftmaid brand cabinets and they are beautiful. The installer was also very good and professional. Everything was on time, as scheduled and we are very happy with the work performed. We would definitively use them again and recommend them to others.
