We are extremely happy with our new roof. Hyer was very informative and professional. This is our third roof for this property in 15 years.  This was the only company to explain why the first two started leaking within the first couple of years. The other two companies that we interviewed this time suggested that we would be fine going down the same road we had already unsuccessfully traveled only including as an upgrade what Hyer included as being a necessary part of the work to be performed, which also brought Hyer in as the least expensive quote. They also made sure that we knew exactly when things would be happening throughout the process. We knew we were getting the best price, but are now completely confident that we have received the best possible finished product.

When we brought to the attention of the owners Bryan and Will Hyer that the workers were not doing the tile correctly, they arrived immediately to rectify and oversee the situation.  They were very professional and attentive to the details of the process. We were very happy with the results of our roof, which they installed in a timely manner. We are pleased.  It is beautiful!!!

Hyer did an excellent job. They were responsive, competitively priced and very professional. I was under a tight deadline imposed by my wind insurance company to get my roof replaced. They accepted the job on short notice after another roofer failed to perform on his contract. They were very efficient in dealing with the City in order to have the permit transferred to them after the other roofer pulled the permit, abandoned the contract before even starting the work and was uncooperative about helping me get the permit transferred. They were punctual arriving and cleaned the job site well when they were finished. They were meticulous, efficient and thorough in doing the work, and they did not cut corners. They were knowledgable and honest. They were clear about the costs and benefits of the options available, for example, whether to insulate and how much insulation to use. I was very happy I found them and recommend them highly.

They removed all layers to put new roofs down. I received 6 quotes from roofing companies and Hyer was in the bottom 3 as far as price goes and was very clear on his quote on what was included. I researched all companies that quoted and went with Hyer. William was great with answering my MANY questions via email prior to hiring him. His license showed he's been around a long time and had a lot of current and past permits posted online with the city. He was easy to get a hold off, was there when he said he would come and did a good job. Ive since recommend him to a girlfriend that ended up using and also is satisfied with the whole experience. Any issues either of us had William took care of quickly. Im happy with them and will keep recommending them to friends and family.

Mr. Hyer met with the various inspectors and other authorized personnel involved in the installation and completion of the roof.  All of the inspections were completed and signed - off on by the authorized persons.  Mr. Hyer then met with me to have a complete inspection.  I was truly satisfied with his work and expertise.

I honestly had no problems at all. Everything worked out just fine. It only took them like 10 days to start the job and I thought that was good timing. I rate them highly because they were just great all the way.
