 + -1 moreExtremely poor service. Work was not completed, sod that was placed is old and dry. Called Mr. Hooks on several occasions to make this right, has not returned calls. Receipts for sod were never given. We paid for 1 palette of sod, barely got 1/2, most of the sod was not replaced. Expensive rotary sprinkler heads that were capped off were not returned to us, despite several requests for the return of these.
Description of Work: Landscaping work, sprinkler repair, and re-sodding of yard.
