The service was great - he took his time, explained everything that he was doing, and suggested some routine maintenance to get a longer life out of the outdoor unit. Hope to get a few more years out of this old thing!

The technician was very thorough and explained every step of the process. He recharged the outdoor unit with freeon, and cleared the drainage line as well.

Everything was done in place, I was expecting the coils to be removed and acid washed outside as part of the service but was told this might not be necessary. Everything seems to have gone very well, will have to wait and see how the AC performs now. The only comment I have is that they were an hour and a half late but they did call when they were about 45 min past the appointment time to let us know they were on the way.

They were great, called me a few times to update me on when they would arrive, Frank was very thorough, explained all he that he was doing, took pictures and sent to my cell phone so I could see, what a big difference! So clean now! Would definitely use them again in the future!

I've Used honest ac for year.They do great job.

These guys were very professional, prompt and fast. We just moved into a 15 year old home with the original AC unit from the builders. It was time to replace this old unit. We called Honest AC on Thursday and they came out on Saturday. They replaced the Air Handler and AC Unit with a bigger Unit. The job was done within 6 hours time. They went above and beyond ensuring my ductwork was 100% clean, they spent an extra hour scrubbing and cleaning my ducts. They clean all the mold and dust that had been there for years. I highly recommend them and will 100% use them again. My parents came in and immediately recognize a difference in air quality. I've stop coughing and my lungs have cleared up. They are the most honest company in the air conditioning business. I have neighbors that have fallen by the scam game where they advertise $19.99 for a duct cleaning and end up paying thousands for unnecessary work and fake repairs. I'm truly glad I found this company.
