The initial timeliness and quality was very good. However one and ahalf years later one the windows has a stress crack that runs from one end to the other. By coincidence I had a Home Depot sells rep at my house giving me an estimate for sliding doors just last week. He brought the crack to my attention and told me it was covered under 25 year warranty. Since that time I have called everyone at the Home Depot organization including the local manager at Coconut Creek. Absolutely no one will return my call or respond to my concerns. At this point I would have to say do not use Home Depot I certainly won’t for anything in the future. They do not stand behind their product and can’t even give the courtesy of a return phone call. Job number 909-7077.

It went fine. They sent a whole crew of professional installers.  The job is beautiful. From salesman, to the installers, to the coordinator it's an A. There were a couple of glitches, somebody made a mistake but they resolved it. The price was the going rate. I had other estimates. 

They said they would be there at 8 o'clock and they were there.

Their prices are much more competitive, and if you have problems you come thru Home Depot and they contract thru the manufacturer. 

With a 5 year extended warranty, it was all only $700.

We would use them again.

We went through Home Depot and we purchased Thomasville cabinets. We did have some problems and had to have the original cabinets we ordered sent back and decided to go with Thomasville cabinets after we sent back some damaged cabinets from a different company. The service was pretty bad. The price was average to all the stores we looked at.  I think that the whole process could have been handled a whole lot better, that the time in which  it took them to get us the cabinets could have been prompter and then to recognize that the cabinets were damaged and to resolve the situation. The whole process probably could have been a whole lot better. They did resolve the problem but it did take quite a while.

They came out in two days to install after the purchase.  The thing that stood out to me was that it's Home Depot and everything is there for you to see and I think that the sale price was a good price with the 12 year warranty. 

It was very close to my house which was good for me. The staff is friendly and at times there is not enough staff. Sometimes you have to walk around and find someone, but once you find them they will assist you.

I did the work myself because the amount of work was minimal and there would have been an extra charge because the minimum work they do is about $500 or more. The staff was good and helpful. My neighbor had a similar situation and he told me that he got the asphalt from them and he told me what to do once I got it. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent in every way.

The service provider was excellent in every way. The cabinets are of excellent quality.

Not organized, very time consuming, no communication between Home Depot and the contractors. Everything had to be consulted on at least twice. No one can give out breakdown of charges and quotes vary by tens of thousands of $. Home Depot Finance was the absolute worst, they cannot tell you anything about your account, where your charges are coming from etc. Automatic info system has different info as they give you if you speak to a live person etc. etc.
The store designer tried to assist and was friendly and professional, however her hands were tied in many situations.
