Instead of taking one day as promised they took five days to complete the installation. When the installer moved the tenants desk bak to its original position he broke two drawers on the desk. When the salesman was here he told me that they would be installing a Ruud or a Rheem Air conditioner, The salesman lied-they installed a cheaper less quality Goodman a/c. The installer was constantly late and never came when he said he would.

IT TOOK THEM TOTAL OF FORTY FIVE MINUTES TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY DEFINITELY DO WHAT IS ASKED OF THEM AND NOTHING MORE. THEY ARE NOT A RIP OFF SCAM COMPANY AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME.
