"Thank you for providing your thorough feedback. We pride ourselves on our work and always aim to meet our clients’ expectations. We appreciate your kind words about John, Rod and crew. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented economic circumstances our country has been facing, the lead time was greatly affected by material shortages. The unplanned delays that have been prevalent industry wide have been frustrating to us as well. Most of our clients have been patient and understanding, and we truly apologize for the delay you experienced. Please be aware that once the architectural drawings from the structural engineer are approved, we then discuss them with our clients in detail and the contract is signed, we move forward with implementing what was promised. We always provide all the information upfront upon our consultation, which comes with decades of knowledge and our suggestions, ultimately the client makes the final decisions. We value our customers’ satisfaction very much and offered a discounted price as well as the frosted window as a courtesy. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication during this process and have addressed all points with our team to ensure clearer communication occurs in the future. We are very proud of our many years of high-quality work, and would like to point out this is our first bad review in company history where our customer was not 100% pleased. We always wish to make our customers happy, and I hope you can reach out to us to discuss this further. Sincerely, High End Impact Windows & Doors"
"We do not service Doral, this person was never a customer of High End, but for some reason he went out of his way to rate us an "F", perhaps he had an agenda from the start."
The job went well. Because we wanted the bottom track to be flush with the floor they had to cut a portion of the slab on all three doors which made a tough job even tougher. This created a lot of dust but the guys did everything possible to minimize it.
They were able to stick to the schedule and complete everything is 3 days. The doors look great. We are very happy with the WinDoor product and the job that High Impact did.
"Mr [Member Name Removed]'[Member Information Removed] claims are completely false, and he is the one who threatened litigation when he couldn't get some of his ridiculous requests exactly the way he wanted. His building was under a major renovation and when our crew arrived for the installation the building management turned them away, this is the entire basis for Mr. [Member Name Removed]'[Member Information Removed] false claims and his threatened litigation. We go out of our way to make our clients happy, but some people are just jaded or beyond even being reasonable human beings! High End rarely ever has a direct issue with our clients!"
