THE COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES IS FINE. I WENT THROUGH ANOTHER COUNTRY TO GET MY COMPUTER FIXED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT BECAUSE THE LANGUAGE BARRIER MAKES IT HARD TO COMMUNICATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR COMPUTER REPAIRS.

THEY SWITCHED MY COMPUTER WITH A DIFFERENT ONE BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX MINE. THIS WAS DONE AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME. I FOUND OUT WHEN SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE SWITCHED ONE AND HAD TO TAKE IT BACK. THEY DO WHAT THEY NEED TO DO THOUGH.
