Next time I would buy the wood from them also. They were great every step of the way. Scott was very courteous and the guys that came out for the install were very nice and did a great job. I have 2 small kids at home, so I really don't want any shady or odd people in my house. These guys were professional and nice around my kids. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Was very pleased with the work.  They finished it on schedule, at the price that was quoted and the floor looks great.  Very professional and easy to work with.  We did need baseboards replaced, and they do not do that, but they told us that at the beginning.

Wow! This guy is great!  Scott really knows how to do floors.  Scott understood all the conditions to getting the job done correctly and his experience really shows in the work done.  I have a home with damaged floors due to incorrect installation.  Scott was able to quickly recognize and identify all the problems that led to the floor damage.  His large team was able to effortless remove over 1200 sq ft of glue down damaged wood floors within hours.  the 15+ team removed the  floor and prepped to the original concrete.  The team completed this fraction of the job, cleaned before they left and were gone before 2pm!  Afterwards based on his recommendation a two coat vapor barrier was laid over the concrete.  This guy really knows what he's talking about, no way any water is getting thru this vapor barrier.  I had several other estimates and they had all said that a vapor barrier wasn't required. Sure they made the lowest price, but in the end I had remove the floor due to the damage of not finding a knowledgeable installer.  Based on my conversation with Scott, I'm sure he very informed on all the aspects of installing.  Not just my situation.  Scott didn't do the actual installation, but his team did and they were prompt, very friendly and cleaned before they left. The entire project was done very quickly and completed in three days. Enough said there is a lot that goes into putting in a floor, but these guys make it look easy.  And the final result was exactly was what I was looking for. The floors were installed beautifully with trim etc etc. But even better is that we can enjoy the work done because it was done right.  Thank again

Scott at Heartland did a great job of matching the new flooring to the remaining floors.  The demolition was fast and tidy and the installation went smoothly. Scott has a very good crew working for him.  The price was very fair; I did my homework and got a few quotes.  I would highly recommend Heartland Wood Flooring.

They did a good job, and the price was fair. They did it in the time frame that they said they would, the outcome was good, and they cleaned up after themselves.I got other estimates as well, and they were right in the middle.

Replaced tile and carpet.

Our interior designer recommended Scott Milligan of Heartland Wood Flooring to install hardwood floors in our newly purchased home. In 2 days, Scott's crew removed old carpeting and padding and installed the new wood floors. They were extremely careful with moving furniture, did a wonderful job of removing and disposing of the old carpet, and cleaned as they went along. The guys were very neat and the end result is just beautiful. The floors are wonderful and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. I felt the pricing was very fair as well. 
They also helped us removed some poorly done trimming in our kitchen and replaced it with a better quality product.
