They charged me $900 to do three sets of lighting on my porch. One of the guys was very nice. When I had to call him back they had fired him and I don’t know why. He was a very nice and young electrician. He was very kind. He also did some work in the garage for me. It was a very simple job and he took about 15 minutes to do the job. I asked him if they could reset the lights in the back porch and remove the fan. The owner came to give a quote and they quoted me $400, but they ended up charging me $900. I gave them a cheque for $800 something and I have not heard from them after that. I will never use them in the future again. They were bad for me and I don’t know how they are for others.

The technician was very kind but the office staff was difficult. They charged me far more for the service than what was quoted. When I had my three fans taken down, the first person to come gave me an estimate of $500 and they sent me a bill for $800.

We spent about $117 and they were really, really nice. I called at 5 O?clock that afternoon after I spoke to the guy from that other company and I was surprised that they answered the phone. I asked them if the would take master card and everything and they were very friendly and punctual. My husband dealt with them because I have this huge golden retriever puppy that jumps all over, so I had to keep him away locked in my bedroom.

They did good. They showed up on time.

Hayden Electric Contractors were fantastic; I was very pleased with them. They arrived right on schedule and knew their work well and were finished very quickly. They explained as they worked what all they needed to do and were very honest and upfront by not trying to overcharge me.

We had to call them back because one of the spotlights was not working. They charged us a $65 service charge and did not fix the light. They did, however, recommend that the GFI be moved from where THEY initally put it! I am steamed that they did not do the work correctly the first time, and now they want to charge us again to make it right.

I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS ALRIGHT. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I THOUGHT THAT EVERYTHING WENT ALRIGHT. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.

THE WORK PROVIDED WAS WELL, BUT SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND THEY NEED TO COME BACK OUT, AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR FIXING THE PROBLEM.
