This was the worst experience of our lives. Paint everywhere (on our wood floors and leather couch), gouged our tub and a single tile in the bathroom, did not move any furniture nor did he cleanup. He was asked to fix a crack in a ceiling and thus had to paint the ceiling - when he did this, he got the ceiling paint on the walls alllll the way around two rooms. He would not fix the mistake until we paid additional money to do the walls (which we had not intended)! He got the sanding dust EVERYWHERE. So much so, we had to have the ducts cleaned and the a/c looked it (it cost us $552.50 to get the a/c and ducts back to normal). There was so much dust, I had to go to a hotel for 3 nights because I have asthma. What a nightmare! He painted the walls with the nails still 'in' -- guess he never heard of spackle. If you live near Boca Raton, FL, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Handyman Arnold.
