All went well, until the business aspect of Financing. We were sold an additional "Service Package" costing an additional $3500. We cancelled this service package 5 days later, however, they never bothered to inform the bank of this discrepancy, and we are still being charged the wrong amount by the bank.

We called the dealer, and wrote 5 times, yet, after 2 months this issue was not resolved, even though dealer business manager stated it would be resolved within 4 -6 weeks.

Turned the complaint over to the Division Of Motor Vehicles for litigation.

Manager Karel Johnston did not do anything to follow up on this issue. Instead he left the whole responsibility to get the camera installed on technician Dan Hanlon who - after spending 3 hours to install the camera and do the preliminary wiring -  found that he needed an interface to make my radio compatible with the camera. After over 3 weeks the interface arrived without the proper wiring and to this day I do not have a back up camera. This appears to be entirely the part provider's fault but the dealership did no follow up in any way and did not lift a finger to make sure that their contract promise to me is in fact honored.

I dealt with the salesman named Amir Evgamukov over the phone. At first I thought he was doing a good job. He quoted me prices and gave me options on vehicles that were available that fit my needs and wants. At the last second, Amir pulled a bait and switch on me. He told me that the car that I was interested in was located at another dealership and in order for them to bring it here, they would charge me an additional $950 to transport the vehicle. This was enough to spoil the deal for me because I know that they don't/shouldn't charge that much to transport a vehicle. Dealerships make trades all the time and shouldn't penalize the customer for this by charging extra. I went to Schumacher in West Palm Beach instead and got a really great deal. They actually saved me about $2000 over every other dealership I dealt with. They also had to transport a vehicle from across the state and didn't charge me a single penny for it!

Automotive service we do it in our dealerships and for the Volkswagen it is Gunter Volkswagen. My experiences are good. I would rate them 'A's for everything. They didn't charge for the routine maintenance. The only thing I didn't like is that it took me more time than I expected and usually they are quick. This particular time it was longer. The prices are okay. The quality is fine.

I leased a car through this dealership in 2011. Per the recommendaiton of the finance person I worked with, I purchased Excess Wear and Tear coverage that should have covered things like tires, dents, scratches,etc. when it came time to turn in my lease. Over the last year I received an exorbitant amount of calls from different (RUDE) salespeople and marketing companies from Gunther asking me to turn my car in early and get a new one. I asked several times for them to remove me from this list and stop calling me. They didnt stop. I was so fed up, that I ended up turning the car in a few months early to Rick Case VW in Weston. A few weeks later I receive my excess wear and tear bill and submitted the claim to the company that handled that additional coverage. A week later I get a notice in the mail that they are denying paying for the wear and tear because I turned my lease in 98 days earlier than it was up and there is some fine print that says they dont have to pay if it is over 90. The finance guy who sold me this coverage never mentioned anything like this and I CERTAINLY would have waited an extra week to turn my car in had I been properly informed. I called and complained and had to go back into this place to and quot;cancel for a pro-rated refundand quot;. Well after the $50 fee that is charged for cancelling, I am not getting anything back and am now stuck with this $600 bill. The finance person's (who was the same one who sold this to me) response was that he was and quot;sorry this happenedand quot; and said if i would have brought the car back to them, this wouldn't have happened. Even after explaining about the harrassing sales calls and the rudeness of the salespeople making me not want to do further business with them, he said there was nothing he could do. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here and advise anyone else who is considering it to be wary of the shadiness of this business. They are a perfect example of what gives car salesmen a bad rep.

The service writer was very professional and took my car quickly. They replaced the light and finished the entire job in 2 hours. They vacuumed and washed my car afterwards.

They have a limited warranty on the first 36000 miles, which does not cover certain small items like the taillights. I had a tail light go out, and they would not cover that but they covered a burned-out headlight. My car battery also died, and they refused to cover that as well. I am disappointed in their reliability.

The car is wonderful. It is my third car with them. They treat me very well. I have a special relationship with them. I'm very happy with them. I went to other Volkswagen places elsewhere, and they were horrible.

They are wonderful and they take great care of me!

They are professional and very prompt. They are able to get you in and out with no problems. The whole operation is satisfactory and I would recommend them to other people any time. I am impressed the service they provide.

It s been great using them as they have always been good and very quick. They are efficient and do exactly what they promise. They are not cheaters and they don t do what doesn't have to be done. I take my car here all the time.
