Jim and his team did an outstanding job power washing my roof and driveway. They were very neat and organized; and my home’s curb appeal looked new again. I’m sorry I didn’t hire these guys sooner. I’ll definitely use them again.

Naomi Perri came to power wash my lanai . She stayed here. For four hours. She got down on hands and knees to alff so o wash our lanai floor . She brought her own cleaning equipment .Everything on lanai is now spotless . I would hire her again .

Our experience with Jim was wonderful from the start. We needed our roof pressure washed “right away” (per an HOA violation) and this was something we had never done before as we are newer homeowners. We honestly didn’t know where to start. We hopped on Angie’s List and out of 3 other prospects, Jim was the only one who responded almost immediately. He contacted us and took the time over the phone to explain (in great detail) his process for cleaning roofs. He made us feel very comfortable about the lengths he takes to preserve the surrounding property, due to the nature of the cleaning agents used. After we decided to utilize Jim’s services, he was at our house within the hour. He was done cleaning our roof in less than 2 hours and it looks absolutely beautiful. We are very impressed with his knowledge, efficiency, and services. 5 stars across the board.

I have a coated steel roof that requires low power washing. They came and looked at it and while theyâ d never seen a other like it, they agreed to do it and did a really nice job. I will definitely hire them again.

HAD MY DRIVEWAY DONE AND THEN MY ROOF. BOTH WERE BLACK FROM THE FLORIDA MILDEW, BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANINING IT ALL. VERY PLEASED.
