IMO Grahams Restoration is a highly experienced and dependable company. It became obvious to me that Mr. Kevin Graham is a man of his word and has great experience in flood recovery. His crew was excellent and hard working. Although I don't yet have a final bill, Kevin gave me a good estimate and then left two fans and two dehumidifiers at no additional charge to complete the job.
Description of Work: Beginning Thurs. afternoon December 17 we experienced a heavy steady rain from "training" storm cells in our east Hollywood, FL neighborhood. By Friday morning our house was flooded. At 6:30 am that morning we called Mr. Graham for help from a yellow pages ad in the phone book. He told us that he had been working since midnight because of the flooding in the area. His crew responded to us by 9:30 am! They waded the fans and dehumidifiers into our home over the next couple hours. Pulled and removed flooded carpeting from our living room and master bedroom to expedite the dry out. They visited each day to check temperature and humidity inside our home. After 3 days they used an infrared camera to determine remaining wet areas and sprayed odor and anti mold around the house. On Wed. the 23rd. Kevin came by to collect the fans and dehumidifiers but left two fans and two dehumidifiers at no additional charge to work on a couple problem areas.
