GOMEZ ROOFING ROOF CONTR

Commercial condo association suite. We inherited this company from the previous condo board president - in the past year and a half Gomez's company has come to repair the same leak 4 times. Not once has the repair been successful for more than 2 consecutive months. Disappointing. Looking for help elsewhere.

I have had several areas repaired by Mr. Gomez's crew....none of which held up, and therefore had to be repaired again by a different company. His prices are competitive, he appears to be a pleasant person,,, but I would never recommend this company. After a repair was done, and it began leaking just 2 months later, I left at least 7 messages that went unresponded to. Finally, he agreed to come back out (My receipts gave me a "ONE YEAR guarantee!!)........but I haven't seen that crew again....have you? Out of frustration, I called the office to express my extreme disappointment and that I never wanted to do business with them again....Took the financial loss and have had new repairs done despite the "guarantee". Other roofers hired to re-repair comented that flashings were laid over tile, instead of under, materials were inappropriate, and that it appeared that tiles were moved from one place to another....leaving me with a new leak where the tile is missing!!!

THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, AND THE ROOF LOOKS AS THOUGH THERE HAD NEVER BEEN ANY DAMAGE DONE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A DAYS TIME AS PER THE AGREEMENT. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT.
