Cindy and Joe did a great job. Cindy managed the project while Joe did the work. They showed up on time, performed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up well afterwards. We ran into a few issues during the project and they were resolved quickly thanks to Cindy's professional advice. They worked around my schedule and I was comfortable leaving them in my house without me being there. Cindy kept me informed throughout the whole project.Global is a small company and they care about customer satisfaction.

We were referred to Global Construction by a friend. I had seen their work in her home. At our first meeting we reviewed the scope of the project. An itemized listing of the work details and the cost for each followed. We felt their prices were reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. The job went well. The coordination of the work was a strong point. They were on time or called even if only there was going to be a 15 minute delay. All of their crew and sub contractors were professional and cleaned up when finished. Best of all they were knowledgable and did a good job. Global had an aggressive schedule for completion but rescheduled the completion date because we had chosen a product that was on back order. They wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. We would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

We could not get past contract negotiations with this small provider. They had a and quot;standard formand quot; contract which provided them with abundant protections and left the homeowner completely exposed. There were no representations that the work would be performed in a workmanlike manner, insurance (worker's comp) requirements and the contract failed to included important statutory language. This small company has 2 main employees, and they cannot keep the facts straight with regard to the job. No work on our kitchen remodel was to happen until we had confirmed DELIVERY of our cabinets. Nonetheless, this contractor expected us to lay out money prior to that start (for what??). The biggest disappointment with this group was their unwillingness to even have a conversation and negotiate; and quot;our way or the highwayand quot; was the response. I strongly caution anyone entering into negotiations to do work with this group and suggest they seek other contractors. Although personal situations should not impact a job, it did in our case as well. One of the two main people got sick and our work fell through the cracks; which also could have been a reason for their unwillingness to negotiate. Nonetheless, I have no confidence in the professional behavior of this group. Price is fine, but I like to trust the people who are going to be in my house. Oh, and here's a direct quote from this contractor - remember, they are hired to be a general contractor: and quot;In your effort to create an ACTUAL definition you made our contract contingent on performance of others.and quot; Last time I looked, that was the whole point of a general contractor....One more interesting tidbit from this contractor: They canceled our building permit because they are spiteful and malicious. We paid them in full for their outlay of money for the permit, and once they got our check they contacted the city and yanked the rug out from under us and our new contractor. We had to pay more money to get the permits done, plus it delayed our project. Nasty people, I would suggest you find another contractor. By the way, we found an amazing contractor that met our every need and did everything a GOOD contractor should do. Don't hire these jokers.

Cyndi and Global Construction were wonderful. The cabinet maker was awesome. He was able to match what was started and completed the job with near perfect results. Cyndi was always available for consultation and made sure the workers completed what they promised. I would use this company again for any remodeling!!!

I just got an email from them and the doors are in they just need to get them stained. The quote did not include the stain. They have been very nice about keeping in touch. They are very responsive.

Joe and Cyndi are always professional. They remodeled the bathroom of a rental condo while my tenant was living there. They were able to do so with a minimum of disturbance to my tenant. They started the job around a time that would work for both me and the tenant. Dust was kept to a minimum and the job site was cleaned up daily. They removed all of the debris from the condo grounds. I was easily able to select tile, lighting and a vanity that worked within the estimate that they gave me. When the vanity that I selected did not work with the existing plumbing, the suggested and got a different vanity that worked in the space great. They finished the job quickly. Most of the work was done within a 2 week time frame, with only a final inspection and some finishing touches taking a little longer. The work was done within the estimate that I was given. Overall I'm impressed with the quality of work that they did, and would recommend them to family and friends. If I need to remodel again, I know who I will call.

Excellent. Their attention to details is terrific. The choices and options were exactly what we wanted and saved up days of work by sending us to the right resources. Global is a super GC group with old world knowhow and contemporary vision.
