I was extremely pleased with the replacement windshield. Katie at Glass America here in Fredericksburg, VA was excellent in ordering and scheduling the replacement and answering my questions regarding the replacement with original equipment. She was most patient with my questions as I had never heard of Glass America and uncertain whether the replacement would be original equipment.
The two gentlemen (Allen and Ernie) who replaced the windshield are definitely very competent experienced professionals in
windshield replacements. I had never seen a windshield replaced so as I stood well away I observed what I can only describe as a well-rehearsed technical performance. They obviously had done this many times in the past and the completed replacement was flawless down to moving the vehicle inspection sticker. Recently I had routine service completed by the dealer where the vehicle was purchased. The Service Adviser had the windshield inspected and found no evidence of any type of issue.
