Gardening Angel Nursery

Called Herman for an estimate. He listened to my request and took numerous photos of the house. He came back in a couple of days with a detailed proposal and multiple photoshop renderings of what the job would look like when complete. So far, so good. Prior to the work, Herman said they would repair any broken sprinkler lines and adjust all sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage. On the day of the job Herman did not show but in fairness he called and it had been raining for a week straight and they were behind. They finished the job in two days. Overall quality of the work appeared to be OK but the plants, other than the palm tree were the most miserable looking specimans I've ever seen. Nowhere near what you'd expect from a nursery, let alone a home depot or lowes. When I told Herman I was not happy with the plants he said "dont worry, we're going to fertilize the h*** out of them". A few days later i realized there were several broken sprinkler lines and one completely dead zone. Called and e-mailed Herman multiple times over several days with no reply. Finally got a call back after calling the nursery owner? Herman called me, was short and said they would come by to look at the sprinkler. He never showed up, never followed up on the job and never arranged to provide lawn maintenance. Don't fall for the slick sales and con job. He'll impress you with his computer renderings. After that, you'll be very disappointed.
