Electrical Service
Before I agreed to use him, he told me he was licensed and insured. He also presented me with a contract. I found out after the fact that he was not licensed or insured. He collected money for work he did not perform and the work that he did do was not up to code. He then left before the work was complete. He was verbally abusive to me and I found out through the courts that he has a record of this. He then wanted me to provide him with the equipment he needed to perform the work. He lost his temper numerous times and said he needed more money to perform the work.
