Horrible customer service experience. Three different technicians diagnosed with 3 different problems from this same company, and my washing machine is still leaking 2 months later. Can never get through to their phone line, and when you do they don't follow through nor call you back. Over charged me for what little work they did, and said they "guarantee their work". I don't think they understand the definition of the word guarantee".

"Sorry for your inconvenience but please don't hold us accountable for what your warranty company will not approve.A word of advise is do your research before you purchase a home warranty company and you probably would have saved the headache and frustration.Also the business number has been working in which our provider is nextiva and they are a very reputable company.You also could have emailed us but I guess a phone call was more important but all the lines are clear and open.Choice Home Warranty charged a $45 deductible and we charged $120 for the washing machine flush but like I advised please review your policy because certain companies will cover your repairs and certain companies will not its in the wording of your contract."

"Sorry for the inconvenience but your stove was fixed which is working and there shouldn't be no complaints about that but like we explained to you before....whoever installed your cabinets did a horrible job and your stove needed to be fixed in which we did and we put it back in the same [Member Information Removed] it came out.What's odd is that it took you a month to call us back about the issue.Our technician said he put it back in the same [Member Information Removed] he took it out. I think with the use of your oven with your family members that came in town they must of let the oven door drop and it slide down exposing a gap.Then as soon as they leave now it's an issue. We are not a cabinet company and we gave you information to a good cabinet guy that can help you with your issue.Again sorry for the inconvenience but we are not a cabinet company"

Very well, these guys were very knowledgeable and professional and nice. Always had a smile on their face and spoke respectfully. Made my mom and I very comfortable and didn't try to sell us anything, but advised us on how to make things more efficient and cost-effective
