Fresh Look Services, Corporation and/or David E. Cerritos were hired to demolish and install flooring my townhouse. He told us it would be a week and ½. However, upstairs took over two weeks and is still incomplete. David indicated that upstairs was a three days job, but he was not sure “why his employee took so long.” The downstairs was into two weeks before he abandoned the job. Mr. Cerritos purchased the materials for upstairs (we purchased for downstairs, so price below does not include materials for downstairs), but the materials he delivered to the TH were always inconsistent with what was on the invoice. He never explained the shortage. Further, one day he appeared with an empty black suitcase and absconded with materials. Due to financial issues with his inability to pay his employee, he took another job. When I confronted him about the preceding, he failed to appear, respond to telephone calls or texts. However, this was not the first time that he failed to appear, he had previously failed to appear and did not call or respond to texts, unreliable. As an aside, while there is a 10% room for errors with flooring, David wasted more than the allotted 10% or it may be attributed to the materials that were never delivered including 24, 10oz liquid nails. Be forewarned that Fresh Look Services Corporation and/ or David E. Cerritos are a non-existing business. Further, the David Cerritos is unprofessional, unreliable and disingenuous.
