Had arguments with the owner repeatedly and was insulted by him. He had inexperienced people do the work that took 3 weeks for a 5'x8' bathroom. The street laborer took 7 actual days to just install drywall; had to redo it twice. The tile installation was decent (visible imperfections and defects). Do not go grout less despite what they say they can do; it WILL come off. Had to hold off payments until they kept their agreement. Suggestion: ASK FOR A LICENSE FOR THEIR INSTALLERS!!!!! If they don't have a license for their trade, go else where no matter how cheap it is.

MARK STANDS BY HIS WORK EVEN AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETED AND FINAL PAYMENT MADE.

They did fine; everything was fine.

It went fine. The tiles we received were less vibrant and colorful as the display ones were, and all sales are final, but fortunately we were still okay with the product.

Dealing with this company proved to be frustrating, irritating and stressful. Sure, the president, Mark
Krukowski, behaved professionally at first, when it came to writing the estimate, sending his workers here on time, and collecting payment. With all the tile installers out there, I asked Mark what set him apart from the others. He said he was the only one who guaranteed all work and materials for two years.
So when the job was finished and his workers had left, I found several areas where they had neglected to grout. That’s when the “fun” began. I must have called and emailed Mark a dozen times, without the courtesy of a reply. To get him to pick up my calls, I finally had to resort to hiding my phone no. when I called. After hours of aggravation and annoyance, at long last, I
got my flooring finished.
I must add that when Mark brought the contract for me to sign, I noticed he had and quot;forgottenand quot; to include his 2-year warranty on labor and materials, and I asked him to write it in. He did so, then left with it, telling me he’d photocopy it and send it to me. I’m still waiting for that version, though he finally sent me one with his handwritten clause stating and quot;limited two year guarantee.and quot;
There are lots of installers whose work is of equal or superior quality. So there’s really no reason to do business
with this one.

They have done a lot of work for us and do a fabulous job. Jose is a true artist! We will continue to use them and I would definitely recommend them.

Mark, while not the most outgoing guy you will ever meet, runs a very
professional organization. His prices are very competitive, his product
is excellent and his installers are prompt and competent. He was able
to serve needs that we originally didn't even consider him for. I
highly recommend this company for flooring, granite fabrication, back
splash, vanities and even sinks and shower devices. He was the one shining light
during our construction and remodeling process.

It went extremely well beyond our expectation. I was personally hesitant to go with him at first because I couldn't find any references or outside verification on him or his firm, other than the fact that he didn't have any bankrupcies, or debt outstanding, or complaints. However, my wife had a good feeling about Mark from the beginning. He inspired confidence through his knowledge and attitude.
He came to the house to provide the estimate and then followed up at the time of demolition, installation of the tile, and installation of the countertop. He was flexible since we had to coordinate with the kitchen cabinet contractor. The job went smoothly with no surprises. I was even asked by my cabinet contractor who did the marble countertops and floor. He came back after the job was done to replace 4 tiles that were defective from the manufacturer.
I highly recommend him for the quality of the workmanship and his integrity.

When we decided to replace all the tile in our home we knew it would be a major project. First we went to a tile company we had previously used, Pino Tile, and got a price from them. It seemed high. In the same strip center there was a tile company, Flooring World, with a sign out front that read and quot;You should have come here firstand quot;. We then talked with some good friends of ours and they just happened to be doing a minor tile job and had actually been referred to Flooring World by one of their friends and were in fact using them. We then went to the store and talked with Jeff, who was very knowledgeable and had been in the business for we believe, over 15 years. He took us through the project offering some advice and then set an appointment for the owner to come and measure and price our project. The owner, Mark, came and measured our job and then provided us with a quote. It was substantially less than Pino tile's quote, and what we had originally thought the project should cost, and included everything. Pino, on the other hand, in their quote were nickel and dollaring us to death with their add ons. We also went to Miami Carpet and Tile and one of their reps came and measured but never provided us with a quote, In fact we never heard from them again-interesting. We had also found the tile we wanted at another tile company and it turned out that Flooring World also carried the tile we had found and wanted. We set the installation date and they showed up on time, with an excellent crew. I believe Leo was the leader and he definitely knew what he was doing. Initially we thought that the project would take all week but to our pleasant surprise, they finished in 3 days. After inspecting and moving some of the large furniture that was not removed, we found 3 tiles that had what appeared to be flaws in them. We contacted Mark and asked him to replace the tiles. Mark came out and looked at the tiles and then sent Leo back out almost immediately. Leo removed the flawed tiles and replaced them perfectly. You would never know that 3 tiles had been removed and replaced-excellent workmanship. Mark had left us with 4 tiles in case some became damaged and since he had to used 3, he replaced the three at no charge. Additionally during the installation there were a few very minor changes that needed to be made and were done with no questions or issues about additional charges due to the changes-what you want from your contractor. While Mark is a very serious individual, and there is not much small talk, he takes great pride in the workmanship of his people and monitors them very closely.

We would highly recommend Flooring World.

They charge a flat rate per square foot for cutting and installing granite. They use another source for the granite and make no money on the granite materials. You have to purchase an entire slab of granite unless they have a remnant that will fit your needs. They quoted me a price for the granite I wanted based on the samples in the store. I went to their source for granite and selected the actual slab I wanted. It ended up being $1/square foot less than I was quoted, so they re-calculated the price based on the lower granite price. They came out to measure on a Wednesday and installed the granite on Saturday. They included two cutting boards free. There was additional granite remaining and they made me additional cutting boards at $35 each. Jose, the gentleman who measured, cut and installed the granite was right on time for the measurement and installation appointments. He was very friendly and professional. I plan to do my kitchen soon and will use them again.
